yoga diwas 


yoga  is going to be  celebrated as world 's big day. 21st june is fixed as yoga diwas.i am really excited to look forward.i practice yoga since 9 years and still practicing.and i am really happy theses days.when e do yoga  daily we feel so energetic .our negativity goes out and positivity comes in.i am thankful to god that once i suffered from migraine otherwise i would remain unaware of its benefits.earlier yoga is considered to be a medium which connects us from god.but these days yoga s practiced by lots of people specially youngsters so that they can remain fit and healthy.i will suggest whole world to practice yoga.lets make 21st june as a revolutionary day.we all should take an oath to our self.an oath to keep our body healthy by practicing yoga.
